1. General Policy
At Arabian Carts FZ-LLC, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are accepted.
By placing an order with Arabian Carts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this policy.
2. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@arabiancarts.com.

Cancellations are subject to approval depending on the order status (processing, dispatched, or delivered).

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it will be treated as a return request, not a cancellation.
3. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, unmodified, and in original condition.

The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.

The product has not been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

A 20% deduction will be applied to the total invoice value to cover administrative, handling, and restocking costs.

Transportation, delivery, installation, registration, or bank charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund processing time is 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Electrical or mechanical issues caused by improper operation or unauthorized modification.

Normal wear and tear.

Clearance, discounted, or promotional items (unless stated otherwise in writing).

Customized or special-order units.
6. Warranty vs Refund

Warranty claims do not qualify for refunds.

Any manufacturing defects will be handled strictly under the warranty terms provided with the product.

Repairs or replacements under warranty do not entitle the customer to order cancellation or refund.
7. Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without valid written justification:

All transportation and handling costs will be deducted.

A minimum 20% cancellation fee will apply.
8. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Arabian Carts FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
