1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Our working days are Sunday to Thursday (UAE business days). Orders are not dispatched on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays.

2. Shipping Zones & Rates

Standard Shipping (Within UAE)

  • Free delivery across the United Arab Emirates

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, subject to location and access availability

International Shipping

  • For deliveries outside the United Arab Emirates, customers are requested to contact our team for a custom shipping, freight, and logistics quotation.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local regulations applicable in the destination country.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • In-Stock Models: Delivery within 24–48 hours inside the UAE after order confirmation

  • Customized or Special-Order Units: Estimated delivery time of approximately 7 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, site access restrictions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, our logistics team will share the delivery schedule and tracking details via WhatsApp or Email, using the contact information provided at the time of order.

5. Delivery Requirements

  • A responsible representative must be present at the delivery location to receive, inspect, and sign the delivery note.

  • Any visible issues or discrepancies must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt.

  • Once the delivery receipt is signed, the order will be considered successfully delivered and accepted.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or site restrictions, re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Arabian Carts shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
